1. Click on the chat icon in the bottom right hand corner.


2. Choose Report an issue with an order


3. Enter the email address or phone number you used to place your order with.

4. Enter the confirmation code.



5. Select the order and item you are having an issue with and select Report Issue


6. Choose The items in my order are defective



7. Upload an image of the issue by clicking on the camera icon located on the bottom right hand corner of the chat box.
